Privacy Notice

What we collect across Axtorik's products, why, and the choices you have about it.

Last updated 19 August 2026

1. Overview

Axtorik builds software with privacy as a design constraint, not an afterthought — that's explicit in how FormPilot works, and it's the standard we hold the rest of the company to. This notice covers the Axtorik website, our Apps, and account data. It does not cover Games, which are distributed and billed through third-party storefronts governed by their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

Depending on which product you use, we collect:

  • Account data — email address and anything else you give us when you create an Axtorik account.
  • Purchase data — what you bought and your subscription status. Card and full billing details are collected and processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Error and diagnostic data — when something breaks, client-side error reports (via Sentry) may include the page you were on, browser/device information, and a stack trace. These reports are for fixing bugs, not tracking you.
  • Support communications — anything you send to our support or contact addresses.

3. FormPilot specifically

FormPilot's form-filling and document extraction runs on-device by default. On the free tier, your documents and form data never leave your device. If you use the Pro "max intelligence" cloud extraction, the specific document or field you send for processing is transmitted to perform that request and is not retained for training or any other purpose beyond serving that request. Encrypted sync, when enabled on Pro, stores your profiles so they're available across your devices — encrypted such that Axtorik cannot read the contents.

4. How we use it

We use the data above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the products you use.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions, via Paddle.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Fix bugs and diagnose reliability problems.
  • Meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors that let us run the business: Paddle.com (payment processing and tax compliance, as our Merchant of Record), Sentry (error monitoring), and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose we've engaged them for. We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, plus whatever period we're legally required to retain billing records for tax purposes. Error reports are retained only as long as useful for debugging and are periodically purged.

7. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@axtorik.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; if you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the applicable law requires.

8. Cookies

The Axtorik website uses only the cookies/local storage strictly necessary to run it (for example, remembering that you've seen a notice). We don't currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the marketing site; if that changes, this notice will be updated first.

9. Children

Axtorik's products are not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this notice changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
