Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Axtorik ("Axtorik", "we", "us") covering your use of any Axtorik product: our Apps (software sold directly, such as FormPilot), our Games (developed and published by us but sold through third-party storefronts), and our Business Solutions (custom automation work delivered under a separate signed agreement). By creating an account, buying a product, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Some products require an Axtorik account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@axtorik.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Apps are licensed to you, not sold outright. A paid licence gives you the right to use the app under the plan you purchased (free or Pro) for as long as that plan is active. We may offer a free tier alongside a paid tier with additional functionality — the specifics for each app are described on its product page.

Payment for Apps is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, card processing, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing for these purchases; your transaction is with Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record for Axtorik. Axtorik determines the price and functionality of what you buy and owns the licence, your account, and your entitlement to use the product.

Games are distributed through third-party storefronts (for example Steam, Epic Games Store, or console marketplaces). Purchases, refunds, and billing for Games are governed by that storefront's own terms and policies, not this document — we do not process payment for Games ourselves.

Business Solutions work — custom automation, integrations, or systems built for your organisation — is scoped, priced, and contracted separately for each engagement. These terms describe the general relationship; the signed proposal or contract for your engagement controls where it conflicts with this document.

Subscription products renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

You agree not to:

• Use any Axtorik product for anything unlawful, or to violate someone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute a product beyond what your licence allows.
• Interfere with the normal operation of our services, including attempts to bypass licensing or security controls.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse our website or infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

Axtorik and its products, logos, and brand elements are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you — you receive only the rights this document and your specific licence describe. Content you create or import using our products (for example, data you enter into FormPilot) remains yours.

Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the extent permitted by law, Axtorik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as our products and business change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of a product after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately signed Business Solutions contract specifies otherwise.
